A useful little tool
for a very strange kitchen.

SoupLab is an independent fan-made planning tool for Abiotic Factor. It turns recipe ingredient lists into a quantity-aware shopping plan. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Deep Field Games or Playstack.

What is included

Eight starter soup recipes, inventory quantities, recipe search, a missing-ingredient filter, serving calculations and a copyable shopping list. No complete-compendium claim, build optimization or automatic game connection.

Data and verification

Recipe ingredients were checked against the individual official wiki pages linked in the recipe table on 4 November 2026. The Cooking table supplies default portions and cook time; the Skills reference describes the Serving Seconds perk. This is a web-reference snapshot, not an in-game verification or a guarantee for every patch, mod or server setting.

Recipes with unresolved ingredient naming differences were left out of this initial release. Check the source before spending rare ingredients. If your game differs, use its current recipe and leave the affected recipe out of your plan.

How this site is made

The interface, illustrations and calculator are original to SoupLab. Game item names are used for identification; game artwork is not reproduced. The app does not scrape your save file or connect to game servers.
